My own product: an app that replaces the delivery notebook at soderías. Drivers log every delivery from their phone, even without signal, and debts and containers update on their own.
Context
Soderías in Argentina still run on a paper notebook: who owes money, who has the business's bottles and siphons, which route is today. My uncle runs one and was the first beta tester. The rule for every feature was simple: does this replace the notebook? If not, it doesn't go in. Los Corales de Córdoba was the first sodería to use it.
My part
Everything: product, design and development of the app and the landing, pricing and SEO. Built as a monorepo with two apps on Vercel and Supabase behind them.

What I built
- Driver app that works offline: route of the day, visits, payments and returned containers, synced when signal comes back
- Balances always recalculated from visits and payments, never typed by hand
- Admin panel: dashboard, clients, routes, finances, container stock, team and settings
- Import from a photo of the notebook, read by an AI vision model, or from Excel
- QR on the client's fridge to repeat an order, and WhatsApp orders read by AI
- Debt reminders from the owner's own WhatsApp, at no messaging cost
- Landing with SEO pages, a cost-per-jug calculator and Mercado Pago subscriptions
