A landing page, about two weeks. A full site, three to four. Stores and software depend on the scope, and the date goes in the same one-page scope as the price.
Depends on what the site has to do. Selling products: Shopify. Pages you want to edit yourself: Framer. Logins, data or a custom panel: Next.js, with a Keystatic editor so you still change texts on your own.
Half to start, half on delivery. Bigger projects can be split into milestones.
Yes, most of them. Hominc, for example, is in Guadalajara. We talk on WhatsApp or email, and the site can ship in both languages.
You do. Domain, hosting, the Framer or Shopify account and the code repository are in your name. I join as a collaborator, and you can remove me whenever you want.
For the first 30 days, any fix is on me. You also keep the walkthrough video, so most changes you'll make yourself. New pages or features I quote as they come, or we agree on monthly hours.
